But one condition You can't destroy or do any harm to those enemy systems .only you can do is ..collect the information about the attacker and share it with the related officers .


                      This is because ,when there is a case of  you are attacked by a system which is infected by a botnet.

Hacking back is legal by this ,Anyway but When the case  When you and attacker is in different countries ..You will be charged for violating laws of their countries ...
